Current Research

In 2023, Kobuk Technologies collaborated with Marquette University's Integrative Neural Engineering & Rehabilitation Laboratory (INERL) to explore the feasibility of virtual reality based balance training to improve function in stroke survivors. This collaboration received a Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Phase I award from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to further investigate the viability of this tool as a means to improve functional outcomes in this patient population.
